Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Cybersecurity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and analyze threats using security tools to identify and prioritize complex security risks
• Lead incident response activities, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery
• Conduct advanced log analysis to detect sophisticated attacks or anomalies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0-3 years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations or a related IT role required
• Industry certifications in Cybersecurity, Incident Response, or IT security are desirable
• Experience using security monitoring tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and familiarity with network topologies
