Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review security incidents to remediate threats and escalate security events as per the incident response plan
• Monitor and support security tools for effective detection and response, including tuning to reduce false positives
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to promote security awareness and support best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security/Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in Security or 3 years in IT, including Incident Detection and Response
• Understanding of fundamental security architecture and networking concepts
• Experience with Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Security+, CySA+, or equivalent foundational certifications
