Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity team, the fully remote Cybersecurity Analyst will formalize security product tuning requests, develop incident response documentation, and coordinate basic forensics activities while working in a 24/7 SOC environment.

Key responsibilities

• Formalize and deliver security product tuning requests to enhance detection capabilities
• Develop and maintain incident response documentation and knowledge base articles
• Conduct after action reviews on significant incidents to identify improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Certified in one or more intermediate-level security certifications
• Three years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience with security industry best practices and compliance frameworks
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operational environment
