Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats while working in a hybrid environment based in Lakeland, FL, contributing to operational efficiency and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, identifying threats and driving remediation actions
• Recommend enhancements to security monitoring capabilities to improve alert quality and operational effectiveness
• Participate in 24/7 security monitoring on an on-call rotation to support priority-one alerts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and identify solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a rapidly evolving technology environment
