Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

Owning day-to-day internal security operations, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Analyst will manage external vendor relationships, coordinate incident responses, and optimize cloud identity and SaaS productivity security workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for the 24/7 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service provider and coordinate internal responses to high-severity threats
• Perform daily investigations of cloud productivity signals and enforce identity policies in collaboration with the IT team
• Build low-code automated workflows to streamline security operations and maintain efficient ticketing processes for security issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, systems administration, or IT support with a focus on security
• Hands-on experience with centralized Endpoint Management and XDR platforms
• Proficiency in enterprise Cloud Productivity Suite Administration
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools and workflow logic
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote employees during investigations
