Job Summary
Supporting federal information system security initiatives, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will design and implement solutions to protect sensitive information while conducting vulnerability assessments and security evaluations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an information security expert in vulnerability assessment, risk assessment, and network security
- Design and implement solutions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information
- Conduct testing and audit log reviews to evaluate and improve current security measures
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
- Experience with RMF and applying the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Substantial knowledge of federal information system security policy and security control assessments
- Technical expertise in vulnerability assessment, risk assessment, and network security
- Solid understanding of NIST Special Publications, FISMA audit requirements, and IT audit requirements
