Job Summary
To support its continued growth, a fully remote Cybersecurity Analyst will formalize security product tuning requests, develop incident response documentation, and coordinate basic forensics activities while working in a 24/7 SOC environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Formalize and deliver security product tuning requests to enhance detection capabilities
- Develop and maintain incident response documentation and conduct after-action reviews on significant incidents
- Act as a primary subject matter expert for security products and facilitate team collaboration and cross-training
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Certified in one or more intermediate-level security certifications
- 3 years of experience performing similar duties in the cybersecurity field
- Demonstrated experience with security industry best practices and compliance frameworks
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a shift-based environment
