Job Summary
Dedicated to enhancing global security, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will triage, investigate, and respond to security incidents across various environments while working remotely in the PST/MST time zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Triage and investigate security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments
- Conduct tactical analysis of EDR telemetry and forensic artifacts to determine the root cause and scope of security incidents
- Deliver clear communications to customers during incident response activities and provide actionable guidance
Required qualifications:
- Experience in incident handling and coordination across a range of security events
- Strong knowledge of attack vectors and threat actor tactics, with familiarity in applying frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
- Hands-on experience with forensic analysis tools and basic malware analysis
- Understanding of operating systems, particularly Windows internals
- Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Active Directory or Okta
