Job Summary
Dedicated to enhancing community health, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will serve as the first responder for security incidents and alerts, collaborating with IT teams to investigate threats and strengthen security controls in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor security tools and systems for suspicious activity and respond to user-reported security concerns
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans, documenting findings and tracking remediation efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner health centers to enhance security operations and maintain compliance with industry standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT operations
- Hands-on experience with security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM and EDR tools
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as NIST and HIPAA
