Cybersecurity Architecture Director

Job Summary

Leading high-priority cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Architecture Director will translate the cybersecurity vision into actionable strategies, manage internal security projects, and collaborate with key business leaders to ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee strategic projects impacting customer relations and revenue, ensuring alignment with the three-year cybersecurity strategy
• Define security requirements and develop enterprise-wide secure designs while managing the entire project lifecycle
• Engage with top customers to address concerns and create high-profile reports for executive committees on risk management

Required qualifications

• GED or high school diploma
• 5+ years of architecture or cyber engineering experience
• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, networking, and cloud security
• Experience in risk assessment within large enterprises following security frameworks like NIST 800-53 and PCI
• Program and project management execution, budgeting, and risk prioritization experience
