Cybersecurity Assessment SME

Job Summary

To support the J6 Program Executive Officer's Portfolio, the fully remote Cybersecurity Assessment SME will manage the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity processes, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Assessment and Authorization of information systems and associated cybersecurity policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute DoW/DLA cybersecurity processes to authorize and maintain information systems
• Assess and determine residual risks of identified vulnerabilities impacting system authorizations
• Brief senior management on the progress and results of information systems undergoing the Risk Management Framework process

Required qualifications

• Five years of experience in RMF, C&A, and DoD cybersecurity
• Secret clearance and Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation
• IAM Level III certification and CISSP
• Experience conducting authorization reviews and security control assessments
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and experience with eMASS administration
