Job Summary
To support the J6 Program Executive Officer's IT capabilities, the fully remote Cybersecurity Assessment SME will manage the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity processes, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Assessment and Authorization of information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute DoW/DLA cybersecurity processes to authorize and maintain information systems
- Assess security controls in accordance with NIST 800-53 and determine residual risks of vulnerabilities
- Brief senior management on the progress and results of information systems undergoing the Risk Management Framework process
Required Qualifications:
- Five years of RMF, C&A, and DoD cybersecurity experience
- Secret clearance with Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation
- IAM Level III certification, CISSP, and CAP
- Experience conducting authorization reviews and security control assessments
- Extensive knowledge of NIST 800-53 and FISMA compliance frameworks
