Cybersecurity Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Cybersecurity Posture, Hygiene and AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a comprehensive security posture and hygiene strategy for AI and machine learning technologies
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous monitoring and improvement of security controls across enterprise systems
• Oversee daily operations, including risk management and response strategies, ensuring resilience against cyber threats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 8 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experience
• Proven leadership in cybersecurity with experience in managing security posture and hygiene strategies
• Experience implementing an AI security program across an enterprise
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, concepts, and the cyber threat landscape
• Experience with the CIS Top 18 controls and familiarity with the CIS Controls Implementation Groups methodology
