Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Cybersecurity Posture, Hygiene and AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a comprehensive security posture and hygiene strategy for AI and machine learning technologies
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous monitoring and improvement of security controls across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with various departments to align security measures with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience, Master's Degree with 8 years, or PhD with 4 years of experience
• Proven leadership in cybersecurity and experience managing security posture and hygiene strategies
• Experience implementing an AI security program across an enterprise
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, concepts, and the cyber threat landscape
• Professional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable
