Cybersecurity Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global cybersecurity governance and assurance program, the full-time Cybersecurity Assurance Manager will manage policies, compliance, vendor risk oversight, and security awareness initiatives while collaborating across IT and business units in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update global and EU information security policies and maintain SOPs and standards
• Conduct vendor security risk assessments and oversee quarterly security training and phishing simulations
• Execute internal security audits and maintain audit readiness for regulations such as ISO 27001 and GDPR

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years in Cybersecurity and 2+ years in a governance/assurance leadership role
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, IAPP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred
• Proven experience in cybersecurity assurance leadership
• Familiarity with tools like One Trust, ServiceNow, and Security Scorecard is preferred
