Cybersecurity Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop playbooks, automations, integrations, and web applications
• Design, develop, test, and implement systems to automate security operations
• Create and consume APIs while performing data manipulations, detections, preventions, and visualizations

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or collegiate level cybersecurity certification program, or four years of relevant work experience
• Formal education may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis
• Security certifications from recognized vendors may substitute for up to one year of experience
• Experience with technologies such as Python, SOAR, and relational databases is preferred
• Self-motivated with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment
