Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance cybersecurity culture, the remote Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist will execute phishing simulations, analyze user behavior data using advanced Excel techniques, and support security awareness training initiatives in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end phishing and social engineering campaigns using KnowBe4 and other platforms
• Analyze phishing and training data to build reports and dashboards that track key metrics
• Support the administration of security awareness training programs and develop targeted awareness content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, awareness, compliance, or human risk management
• Hands-on experience with KnowBe4 or similar phishing/simulation platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Experience analyzing and interpreting user behavior or awareness metrics
