Cybersecurity Awareness Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the contract Training Specialist - Cybersecurity Awareness will evaluate vendor content, align training to enterprise risk priorities, and drive measurable behavior change through structured training and assessments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review internal security training and standards, auditing vendor content and mapping it to target audiences
• Build and curate the full rollout plan for training modules and simulations, structuring baseline measurements and follow-up testing
• Conduct baseline testing with Technology Services & Privileged Users and coordinate the launch of the core HRM training curriculum across vendors

Required qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs
• Background in behavior change or learning design
• Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs
• Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness
