Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst II will assess cybersecurity risks, validate control effectiveness, and ensure policy compliance across complex healthcare technology environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support process enhancement and redesign efforts to improve Cybersecurity delivery and system efficiency
• Define outcome criteria and deliver measurable actions based on analysis of required data
• Generate actionable metrics from raw data to inform executive-level decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, information technology, or computer science
• Three years of experience in a healthcare or related environment, or equivalent relevant education and experience
• Certification in one of the following within one year: CISSP, CISA, SSCP, PCI-ISA, CRISC, HCISSP, or CompTIA Security+
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other relevant tools
• Experience in medium to large scale project planning and reporting
