Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst II will assess cybersecurity risks, validate control effectiveness, and ensure policy compliance across healthcare technology environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support process enhancement and redesign efforts to improve Cybersecurity delivery and system efficiency
• Define outcome criteria and deliver measurable actions based on analysis of required data
• Generate actionable metrics from raw data and present findings at an executive level

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, information technology, or computer science
• Three years of experience in a healthcare or related environment
• Proficiency in project planning and reporting in medium to large scale projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and relevant tools
