Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst III will assess cybersecurity risks, validate control effectiveness, and ensure compliance with policies across complex healthcare technology environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage process enhancement initiatives to improve Cybersecurity delivery and analyze existing systems for efficiency
• Translate complex technical specifications into actionable business requirements and generate meaningful metrics for executive-level reporting
• Provide guidance on compliance with information security laws and maintain vendor relationships to support Cybersecurity objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, information technology, or computer science
• Four years of experience in a healthcare or related environment, or equivalent education and experience
• Certification in areas such as CISSP, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ within one year of entering the position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience in medium to large scale project planning
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
