Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Organizational and IT Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the organization's current change management practices
• Develop and implement a change management strategy for security-related programs
• Measure progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with cybersecurity teams, particularly in change management or project management
• Relevant experience in transformation programs, including stakeholder assessment and communication planning
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff at all levels
