A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Industry Coach to support students on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one online video sessions with students to discuss career goals and strategies for success
• Act as a supportive sounding board for students, motivating them to pursue their goals with confidence
• Provide actionable feedback on student readiness and document session content for consistent support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Cybersecurity
• Proficiency in Networking, Linux and Windows Systems, Penetration Testing, and Security Certifications
• Technical ability to configure virtual machines with Virtual Box and VMWare
• Prior experience in mentorship, coaching, or professional development
• Strong ability to connect with students and provide clear, actionable guidance
