Job Summary
To advance the organization's security and compliance objectives, the full-time ICS Authorizations Program Analyst II will manage system Authorization to Operate (ATO) and FedRAMP authorization packages, coordinating between federal agency stakeholders and internal SaaS teams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and track ATO and FedRAMP authorization packages, ensuring timely submission of documentation to agency partners
- Coordinate with federal agency contacts and internal teams to clarify authorization requirements and manage evidence collection for security assessments
- Monitor and report on control effectiveness, developing metrics to communicate compliance posture to leadership
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a NACLC DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, risk, or audit programs within a federal or 3PAO environment
- Advanced knowledge of NIST-based frameworks and the ATO lifecycle as applied to federal or FedRAMP authorized systems
- Experience coordinating ATO or FedRAMP activities with federal agencies, including evidence tracking and response coordination
