Job Summary

To advance the organization's security and compliance objectives, the full-time ICS Authorizations Program Analyst II will manage system Authorization to Operate (ATO) and FedRAMP authorization packages, coordinate with federal agency stakeholders and internal teams, and oversee security assessments and audits.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and track ATO and FedRAMP authorization packages, ensuring timely completion of required documentation
  • Coordinate with federal agency contacts and internal teams to clarify authorization requirements and track the completion of artifacts
  • Oversee continuous monitoring evidence submissions and report on control effectiveness, developing metrics to communicate compliance posture
Required qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a NACLC DoD Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, risk, or audit programs within a federal agency or contractor environment
  • Advanced knowledge of NIST-based frameworks and the ATO lifecycle as applied to federal or FedRAMP systems
  • Proven experience coordinating ATO or FedRAMP activities with federal agencies, including evidence tracking and scheduling
