Cybersecurity Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Policy and Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise cybersecurity policy and compliance support activities
• Manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle and related documentation
• Coordinate audit support activities and facilitate cybersecurity awareness training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in federal cybersecurity policy and compliance
• Five years of experience in a leadership role related to cybersecurity compliance
• Expertise in NIST RMF processes and federal cybersecurity governance
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISM required
