Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of cybersecurity compliance professionals, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Compliance Manager will establish and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations while driving continuous improvement in data protection and risk management.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance measurement against a wide range of internal and external control requirements
• Manage cybersecurity compliance strategy, including regulatory audits, controls testing, and risk performance indicators
• Provide guidance on compliance/security matters and coordinate audit-related tasks for effective readiness and remediation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 7+ years in a cybersecurity management role without a degree
• 5+ years in a cybersecurity management role, preferably in Governance, Risk, or Compliance
• Experience with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, and ISO27001
• Familiarity with GRC tools like Service Now or Archer
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are preferred
