Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the organization's compliance posture, the full-time Cybersecurity Compliance Manager will lead the management of certification lifecycles, drive certification expansion, and ensure audit preparedness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of internal cybersecurity audits and compliance certifications, serving as the primary liaison for auditors
• Develop and execute a multi-year certification roadmap while maintaining continuous readiness through proactive gap analyses and mock audits
• Lead enterprise risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and drive cross-functional corrective actions through verified closure

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, GRC, IT audit, or certification management
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing initial certification and annual/surveillance audits, such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or NIST CSF
• Proficiency with GRC platforms/tools for evidence, control management, and continuous monitoring
• Experience directly interfacing with external auditors/certification bodies and managing audit logistics
