Cybersecurity Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an understanding of business areas and technologies to align with the Cybersecurity Framework
• Integrate cybersecurity into business strategies and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide expert security guidance and oversee the implementation of technical security measures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of related experience or 8 years with a cybersecurity certification
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM are preferred
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO27001 and HIPAA Security Rule
