Cybersecurity Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Cybersecurity Consultant will deliver accurate responses to security questionnaires and due diligence requests while collaborating with internal engineers to validate security design and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer RFIs and security questionnaires regarding security, privacy, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate technical responses, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Support customer trust initiatives, including audits and certifications, while maintaining excellent communication throughout the customer lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, or related technical roles
• Proven experience as a Security Architect, Cloud Security Engineer, or similar position
• Strong technical understanding of cloud native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with system design and security controls implementation
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM
