Cybersecurity Consultant
Job Summary
Bringing over 10 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, the remote Cybersecurity Consultant will assess application authentication methods, support IAM migration planning, and develop technical documentation for enterprise-scale security initiatives on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Assess application authentication methods and support IAM migration planning
- Develop technical documentation including architecture documents and process flows
- Apply cybersecurity principles and best practices within regulated industries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
