Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Trust Assurance - Cybersecurity professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer RFIs, security questionnaires, and due diligence inquiries related to security, privacy, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate accurate technical responses
- Support customer trust initiatives, including audits, certifications, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, cloud security, or related technical roles
- Must have customer assurance experience, particularly with HITRUST and HIPAA
- Strong technical understanding of cloud native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience responding to customer security questionnaires or RFIs
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or cloud security certifications
