Cybersecurity Defense Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Cybersecurity Defense with preferred experience in managed care or healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an information security program to protect business interests
• Coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of security technologies and communicate effectiveness to leadership
• Manage IT security threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance and security awareness training

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required; Master's or JD preferred
• Ten years of IT-related experience, with five years in Cyber Security or Identity and Access Management
• Five years of leadership experience in information security or IT risk management is required
• Certifications in Information Security Management, such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM preferred
• Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications
