Cybersecurity Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GRC Cybersecurity Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Cybersecurity Program, including risk management and compliance
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and the Risk Management Framework
• Manage a small team, ensuring effective cybersecurity training and awareness programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience, including 4 years in management
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for Cybersecurity Risk Management
• ITIL Foundations Certification within six months of hire
• Significant experience in risk, control, governance, and regulatory disciplines in healthcare
