Cybersecurity Director

Job Summary

To lead and evolve cybersecurity strategy, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Director will drive innovation, strengthen security capabilities, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and executives while managing scalable security services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish and oversee security policies, standards, and frameworks while managing organizational risk
• Act as a customer-facing cybersecurity leader, supporting the growth of cybersecurity services and acting as a fractional CISO advisor

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk programs
• Experience advising senior leadership on cybersecurity initiatives and risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
