Cybersecurity Director

Job Summary

Leading the global cyber defense program, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Director will manage security operations, threat detection, and incident response while overseeing cloud security in AWS and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and implement API's cyber defense strategy, including threat intelligence and incident response
• Lead and manage the SOC MSSP for 24x7 monitoring and operational accountability
• Oversee cloud security posture management across AWS and Azure, ensuring best practices are applied

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with leadership in security operations
• Proven experience managing a SOC or MSSP relationship with operational oversight
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, focusing on cloud security posture management
• Strong background in threat intelligence and familiarity with NIST, MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Master's degree desirable
