Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security architecture for Operational Technology networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) certification and perform Automotive Cybersecurity Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA)
• Conduct security code reviews, manage vulnerability processes, and analyze cybersecurity requirements to develop test cases and plans
• Advocate for security best practices and perform internal security audits while coordinating with external auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards such as ISO/SAE 21434 and NIST
• Technical expertise in security engineering and protocols for wired and wireless communication
• Experience with security concepts like Secure Boot and secure storage
• Understanding of securing OT systems in automotive or rail industries is a plus
