Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance product security in automotive and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for product security with engineering teams
• Conduct formal TARA to define security requirements for vehicle ECUs and autonomous stacks
• Design secure interfaces and mechanisms to prevent unauthorized code execution and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity focused on product security for embedded systems or automotive platforms
• Proven ability to conduct structured TARA or threat models using ISO 21434
• Technical proficiency in CAN bus (J1939) and Automotive Ethernet
• Working knowledge of automotive security and safety standards, such as UNECE R155 and ISO 26262
• Proficiency in Python or Go for developing security automation tools
