Key Responsibilities

Maintain expertise in SIEM tools and deliver managed services to clients
Provide technical guidance and support for clients' SIEM security programs
Document security processes and stay updated on security threats and trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Sumo Logic)
Familiarity with security data sources and log formats
1+ years of experience with any EDR/XDR solution
Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to security products
