Job Summary
Supporting the DLA Cybersecurity Web/Application Vulnerability Management program, the remote Cybersecurity Engineer will perform project activities addressing specialized cybersecurity challenges and provide security engineering support throughout the information system lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Perform project activities to resolve specialized cybersecurity problems
- Apply cybersecurity engineering processes and methodologies to address system and technology challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity requirements into system and application activities
Required qualifications
- DoD-approved 8570/8140 IAT Level III and IASAE Level III certifications
- An approved Computing Environment certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant information technology experience
- Experience providing cybersecurity or information system security engineering support
- Knowledge of cybersecurity engineering principles and methodologies
