Cybersecurity Engineer II

Job Summary

Providing engineering support for enterprise products and information systems, the full-time Cybersecurity Engineer II will manage security oversight, develop customized technical solutions, and assist in incident response while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Provides ongoing security oversight of complex systems, assessing the impact of proposed modifications and technology refreshes
• Develops creative technical solutions to secure information systems while adhering to security policies and best practices
• Assists in security incident response and documentation, while mentoring junior team members on security operations processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field; experience can be substituted
• 8 years of experience in Information Security, with 5 years in implementing Identity and Access Management
• 5 years of experience with software and security architectures, and a clear understanding of security protocols and standards
• Experience conducting risk assessments and IT auditing of compliance requirements
• Proficient knowledge of Identity and Access management principles and cybersecurity operation processes
