Cybersecurity Engineer - Zscaler

Job Summary

Cybersecurity Engineer - Zscaler, is a full-time position responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure remote access solutions using Zscaler Private Access, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements Zscaler Private Access solutions aligned with security frameworks and Zero Trust principles
• Develops and maintains access policies, and leads troubleshooting and incident response for ZPA infrastructure
• Monitors and optimizes ZPA performance, providing technical guidance and support for compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience required
• 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or network engineering roles, including 1 year of hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts and architecture
• Experience with identity providers and SSO integrations
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST
