Job Summary
Leading a team in a hybrid full-time capacity, the Senior Director Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations will manage the implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity protection platforms while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cybersecurity engineering and operations teams to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of enterprise protection technologies
- Establish operating models and service expectations for cybersecurity systems across the organization
- Drive improvements in platform performance, scalability, and measurable security outcomes through automation and modernization efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 12+ years of IT experience is required
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience is required
- Master's degree or 7+ years of management/leadership experience is preferred
