Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Cybersecurity Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity and machine learning engineers focused on threat detection
• Drive strategic planning, goal setting, and ensure SOC performance standards are met
• Lead R&D for emerging use cases, tools, and conduct live attack exercises to test readiness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in security operations, detection engineering, and incident response
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing cybersecurity teams
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field
• Experience with Python, SQL, and designing detection pipelines
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SIEMs
