Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Platform Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Risk Engineers, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performing culture
• Establish technical direction for risk engineering and ensure risk requirements are translated into implementable solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed risk controls into engineering workflows and ensure measurable risk reduction outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations & engineering, security engineering, SRE, or technical risk roles
• 5+ years managing engineers or technical practitioners in a large enterprise
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver large-scale technical solutions as code
• Solid understanding of risk in technology, particularly in cloud and distributed systems
• Proven ability to influence across organizational and functional boundaries
