Cybersecurity Expert

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards, the full-time Cybersecurity Expert will analyze requirements, implement processes, and provide training while collaborating with various teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Performing requirements engineering by specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing cybersecurity requirements
• Shaping and implementing a unified requirements engineering concept for cybersecurity
• Collaborating with teams to drive the rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification with extensive experience in OT or product security
• Expertise in requirements engineering and experience with tools like Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS
• Experience in defining and training cybersecurity processes in an enterprise organization
• Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards such as IEC 62443, CRA, and ISO27001
• Proficient in German and English with strong communication skills
