Job Summary
Leading the enterprise cybersecurity governance and risk management initiatives, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Governance Director will manage compliance programs, oversee security assurance testing, and develop strategic partnerships across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Cybersecurity Governance Program, including the development of KPIs and executive reporting
- Lead enterprise cyber risk identification, assessment, and remediation efforts while maintaining risk registers
- Manage cybersecurity compliance activities related to regulatory and contractual requirements, coordinating audits and remediation efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing cybersecurity programs
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and relevant security frameworks
- Experience with PCI DSS, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and risk management methodologies
- Proven ability to present cybersecurity metrics and risk information to executive leadership
