Job Summary
Overseeing cybersecurity governance and compliance processes, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Governance Lead will manage data protection initiatives, risk management frameworks, and security policies while collaborating with IT and business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of data protection technologies and establish governance processes for data management
- Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments and develop key performance indicators for decision-making
- Create and maintain the Cybersecurity risk register, supporting risk quantification and reporting efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management
- Experience leading cybersecurity projects and familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risks in manufacturing environments and related compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001, CMMC)
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
