Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist - Cybersecurity Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT security and compliance policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create achievable policy language and facilitate workshops for consensus building
• Ensure policies are audit-ready and support compliance during internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, IT risk, compliance, or governance
• At least 5 years in a senior-level or lead role
• Experience managing compliance with multiple frameworks such as SOC 2, SOX, and HIPAA
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
