Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist - Cybersecurity Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT security and compliance policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create measurable and achievable policy language and standards
• Ensure policies are audit-ready and maintain compliance with internal and external audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, IT risk, compliance, or governance, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Experience managing compliance with multiple frameworks such as SOC 2, SOX, and HIPAA
• Experience as an external auditor with an auditing or consulting firm
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
